1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup skim milk
Mix the milk and peanut butter together in a bowl. Mix flour and
baking powder together and add to milk/peanut butter. Mix well. If
it is too wet, work in a little more flour. Roll out to about 1/4"
thick and cut out with cookie cutters. Bake on a greased cookie
sheet for about 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an
airtight container.
