SENR Picnic

The Fourth Annual SENR Picnic is coming up soon!

Specifics:

Who: SENR members and their families - human and canine

What: A picnic at an offleash dog park

When: Saturday, Nov. 1, 2003 - 10am-?

Where: Dog Area #3, Sandy Creek Park, Athens, GA

Why: We did it last year, and it was fun!

We have posted directions to Sandy Creek Park. The cost is $1 per hour per dog and per person, to be paid when you leave. (eg, 1 person plus 3 dogs for 3 hours would be $3 for the person, $3 x 3 = $9 for the dogs, equaling $12 for everyone)

Food assignments are being coordinated via the list. Be sure to bring what you're assigned, or let someone know ahead of time if you won't be able to bring that item.

Also be sure to bring a bowl for your dog(s) to drink out of. There is a water spicket available at the park. Beware of muddy mastiffs named Moby. :)

If you plan to attend this awesome event, please send a post to the list with the number of people and dogs attending. Anna Abney is keeping track of the numbers, so place the word "picnic" or "Anna" somewhere in the subject so she'll know to pay attention to that message.
